Come find us at Hudson Yards!

We’ve found the perfect place for Phaidon within New York City's new 28-acre mega-development

Hudson Yards is a big deal, even for a big city such as New York. “The whole 28-acre shebang will be bigger than the United Nations, the World Trade Center, or Rockefeller Center and physically vaster, more populous, and more expensive than any private development in the country,” explained Justin Davidson in a recent New York magazine cover story. The residential, retail and public space complex, opens next month on the western edge of Manhattan.

And foodies should definitely take in Mercado Little Spain, a new Spanish food hall created by José Andrés in collaboration with Ferran and Albert Adrià; aside from excellent Iberian cuisine, this place will also offer great cookbooks including The The Book of Tapas of Tapas (Andrés wrote the foreword), A Day at elBulli, and elBulli 2005–2011.
