The perfect setting for perfect books

These images, taken in an award-winning contemporary Californian house, show how well our publications complete a room

They say books dress a room, and, in this latest partnership, Phaidon seems to have come across a setting perfectly suited to our publishing list.

These photographs, by Paul Vu of the Here and Now Agency, were taken in the Californian House, a contemporary Los Angeles domestic dwelling created by the US architect Peter Gluck of Gluck+ for the architect’s son, film director Will Gluck.

The home draws on the venerable, modernist heritage of this part of Southern California’s Case Study houses, while adding in some smart contemporary updates–including our books.
