Hot chavignol crottins

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 7-10 minutes
6 slices of crustless white bread
Salad leaves of your choice
3 Crottin de Chavignol goat’s milk cheeses
Preheat the grill.
Brown the slices of bread on both sides under the hot grill.
Place some salad leaves on each of 6 plates.
Cut each cheese horizontally into 2 pieces. Place each piece of cheese on a slice of bread and return to the grill. Cook until soft and golden.
Place the cheese on top of the salad leaves and serve immediately.
