A few days ago, she spent some time talking with the renowned NYC bar owner and mixologist Meaghan Dorman, discussing smart ways to make classic cocktail creations. Dorman explained some neat rules, such as adding expensive spirits last when mixing a drink; if things go wrong, you don’t want to throw away any good liquor.
